Who we are
FabluX.U.Design ("we", "us") sells fashion online in Nigeria. You can reach us at info@fabluxudesign.com.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone, password (stored by our authentication provider, never in plain text by us).
- Orders: recipient name, email, phone, delivery address, items and order value.
- Support: messages you send us and the email you contact us from.
- Essential storage: your cart, sign-in token and privacy choice in your browser.
Why we use it
- To take payment and deliver your order (performance of a contract).
- To answer questions and handle returns (legitimate interest and contract).
- To keep records required by law (legal obligation).
- To send updates only if you opted in; every message has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only what is necessary: our delivery couriers (name, phone, address), our payment provider (payment confirmation) and our hosting/database provider. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax. Account and marketing data are kept until you delete your account or unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data. You can unsubscribe at any time on the unsubscribe page. To delete your account data, sign in and use the button below.
Children
Our shop is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is protected with row-level security so customers can only reach their own records, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
