Using this site

By using FabluX.U.Design you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include the item price only; delivery is added at checkout. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong, and we will refund any payment made.

Payment

We currently accept pay on delivery and bank transfer. Card payments will be enabled when our payment provider is live; card details are never stored by us.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please give accurate address and phone details.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Your content

Reviews you submit must be your own honest opinion and must not contain unlawful or abusive content. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The FabluX.U.Design name, logo and site design belong to us. Product photographs are used with permission or licence; do not copy them without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.
